I waited a while after 4.0 came out to commit to buying the books, and i must say, I’m, very dissapointed it is noe Feb 2010, and all that the insider has up and running is the character creator, and a “beta” of the commpendium, and the pdf magazines, I was really looking forward to the DM tools section and will not seriously consider goin to 4.0 til it comes out. Im also dissapointed that they are goin to increase the subscription fee when they finally do what they said theyd do originally!!!!
LOL she is not interested in what he is saying at all!! She is cute though. :D
totally agree, i bought the books under the understanding i could use the visualizer and builder with my group but they said they were out soon, its been a year now and no change in news, im losing confidence with wotc over this and if anything there killing off loyal fans. one more thing, does anyone else agree that the dungeon master guide and guide to the planes really should be the same book, if anyone has the planes book they know it is TINY! i mean there robbing us!
hmmm, visualizer close? its been a year randy.
Aye, epic fail, indeed. They’ve probably lost a lot of fans with that debacle.
Well, WotC fired him when they dumped the epic failboat known as Gleemax. I thought this youtube account was his though. Did WotC take it off him or something?
Did GRZ get canned?
So what if I just want the apps and not the magazines?
great subscription i hate those stupid things i love DND but for Crist sake make it free so u can get for people!
He seems to be so relaxed, like he doesn’t care that what they did is a false advertisement. Many people bought the books under the assumption that the whole thing was created and that they could play with gone away friend, only to discover that the books will have to accumulate dust for about a year or maybe more. Good for him people are not going to sue for $100.00 worth on books…unless all disappointed costumers unite in a class action….just a thought.
WOW Randy looks super skinny!!! Hope hes not sick.
Interesting. While I doubt I’ll do more than subscribe to The Dragon and Dungeon magazines and the Compendium, I’m sure the virtual tabletop will appeal to a number of players.
Thank you so much for posting this. I can’t tell if Randy’s full of crap, stupid, or just plain delusional. Maybe there’s a fourth possibility, but I don’t see it. This is the same crap they pulled with Master Tools.
So a timeline has been given for Game Table’s release. Wow. Next year? Eek. Oh, well. Fourth edition sucks anyway. There was no motivation to revamp DnD, other than potential income, which ain’t gonna happen.
So long, WotC. I barely knew thee. May 3rd edition long outlive you.
Don’t be a hater.
Sara is so beautiful! AND it sucks the Game Table won’t be ready till next year.
I hope they go bankrupt.
